AMORir is a process that, honestly, I made up. But it made me grow in what I consider the 7 most important areas of life:

Within AMORir, we come together where I openly share my own life process without filters. I will share many ideas, but if just ONE IDEA serves you, it can give meaning to spending a month or however long you choose to stay with me.

Do you find it difficult to exercise? Do you spend more than you earn? Do you always break your diet? That's why I created AMORir: for you to stop having the life "you were dealt" and start pushing yourself - even if it's just a bit, if that's what you want.

AMORir includes:

• Live Philosophizing: I will chat with whoever asks interesting questions about a specific topic from the 7 areas we touch on in AMORir. You can ask me about things you are working on, and I will serve as a mirror for you. It's okay if you miss a chat; they are recorded.
• One-on-One Chats: Beyond giving you advice, we will delve deep to uncover the underlying issue that's bothering you. It's just another AMORir member and I connected, and the conversation is recorded for others.
• Coffee in Hand: We'll dive into very personal topics that you would only discuss with a close friend. It might be a very raw and direct conversation, which scares many, but those who know me say it's what they value most about me.
• Emails: They may not give you much or change your day in two minutes. You might even laugh with them. They are short stories, everyday and silly examples designed to make you question things without forcing you to spend 2 hours buried in a book.
